In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "earph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at earph.vip, including all associated games, features, and services accessible through that domain.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on earph or who accesses the earph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the earph platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's earph Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins, or other incentive-based amounts credited to a Player's Account by earph.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to earph's Know Your Customer verification process, which requires Players to submit identification and proof of age documents before processing withdrawal requests.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that regulates gaming in the Philippines.

By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on earph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with earph's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and earph. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the earph platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on earph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law, participation in casino-style gaming is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. earph strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services of this nature in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period imposed by earph or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of earph or any of its technology or game content partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. earph may require documentary verification of any information provided at any time.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.

You are solely responsible for the security of your earph Account, including the confidentiality of your login credentials. earph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

• You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any other person, including persons claiming to be earph support staff. earph support will never ask for your password.
• You must notify earph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• earph reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing any transaction or account change, including withdrawal requests.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated dormant. earph will notify you via registered email before applying any dormancy policy to your Account.

KYC verification is required before earph will process any withdrawal request. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits. earph may request additional documentation at its discretion.

All financial transactions on earph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). earph does not accept transactions in foreign currencies.

• The minimum deposit on earph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though earph may impose individual account limits subject to regulatory requirements or risk assessment.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into the same Account. earph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• earph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000, which may extend processing times beyond the standard timelines stated above.
• Any deposit made using a payment method that is later found to be fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.

earph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. General bonus terms that apply across all earph promotions are set out below.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balance. earph may apply wagers first against real-money balance before Bonus Funds, or in the order stated in the specific promotion terms.
• The default wagering requirement for earph deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus credit date.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games contribute 10%; other game categories may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• earph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations already in progress will be honored.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering with other players, abuse of free spins, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in Account suspension.
• Players who have opted into earph's self-exclusion program are not eligible to receive any bonuses or participate in promotions during the exclusion period.

All games available on the earph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout rate and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Game outcomes are final once the game round has concluded and a result has been displayed. earph does not reverse completed game rounds except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a valid result from being determined, the wager placed during that round will be voided and returned to the Player's Account.
• earph reserves the right to void any wager or game outcome that results from an identifiable software error, including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, malformed game states, or server faults that generate outcomes outside the normal probability range.
• Each game category on earph — Slots, Live Dealer, Bingo, Teen Patti, and Fast Games — is governed by its own set of game rules accessible within the respective game lobby. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable game rules before wagering.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account, regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with earph.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund an earph Account.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in any earph game or platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the earph platform in a manner not authorized by earph.
• Colluding with other Players in Live Dealer or card game formats to gain an unfair advantage over earph or other players.
• Using the earph platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing earph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, whether through VPN, proxy, or other means of location masking.

All content on the earph platform — including but not limited to the earph brand name and logo, game graphics and audio, website design, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of earph or its licensed partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any earph intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any earph content without prior written permission from earph. Unauthorized use of earph intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

earph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and earph. By registering an Account, you consent to earph's use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

earph may share your personal data with regulatory authorities — including PAGCOR and the AMLC — where required by Philippine law. earph will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the earph platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if earph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• earph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers (including internet service providers and payment processors) shall not constitute a breach of these Terms by earph.
• earph's total liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your earph Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes earph's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

earph is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming practices for all Players. earph provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from the Account settings section of the earph platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when decreased. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic notifications when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary suspension (cooling-off) of between 24 hours and 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. earph will process self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt. Self-excluded Players are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications reminding Players of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during the current session.

earph encourages any Player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others to make use of earph's responsible gaming tools or to seek independent support. earph's responsible gaming page provides further guidance. If gambling is negatively affecting your life, please contact a qualified counselor or mental health professional.

earph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request by earph.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority with jurisdiction over earph's operations.
• Identification that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, earph will return any verified real-money balance to the Account holder via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds will not be returned.

You may voluntarily close your earph Account at any time by contacting earph support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided there are no pending disputes, pending transactions, or open self-exclusion applications associated with the Account.

earph may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where the amendment is material — meaning it materially affects Player rights, obligations, or the earph service offering — earph will provide at least 7 days' written notice to registered Players via the email address on file before the change takes effect.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication on the earph website.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date, will always be available on the earph website at earph.vip/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the earph platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or termination — shall first be submitted to earph's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting earph customer support with a written description of the issue. earph will respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through earph's internal process, the matter shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
